Eccles renowned Head Chef Eddie Attwell will expertly prepare Fur, Feathers and Grapes, a wine and food pairing evening. Some of the food that will be featured on the menu will include rabbit rarebit, pigeon breast, pheasant breast, venison haunch and braised shank.
Of course, we can’t forget about the grapes. Each course also comes with a perfectly paired wine by our friends at Wines Direct.
