Our Head Chef Eddie to show Taste of Dublin that West is Best!
Dublin is licking its lips in anticipation, as our very own Head Chef Eddie Attwell is on his way to the Taste of Dublin with his very own taste of West Cork! Taste of Dublin is Ireland’s premier annual food event, held in June each year in the stunning Iveagh Gardens.
This year the event takes place from June 14th – 17th, with the theme being Food Lover’s Playground. Eccles’ very own Eddie will be showcasing the care and quality he delivers to Glengarriff diners, day in day out, to a wide audience on Thursday June 14th and Friday June 15th.
Eddie’s tantalising three course menu reflects his commitment to sourcing the best Irish produce, including Young Buck blue cheese, Douglas fir, as well as Irish leafs and crops.
Eddie is excited at the opportunity to bring the Eccles food ethos to a national stage. “I’m delighted to be attending Taste of Dublin on behalf of the team here at Eccles. We have prepared a menu packed with diverse flavours, with the ingredients taken from high-end producers across Ireland, and West Cork in particular. We’re blessed down here with the abundance of fresh ingredients that we can bring to the table for our guests and diners.”
