Acclaimed Head Chef Eddie Attwell came to West Cork after almost two decades in the hospitality industry,
including working in 2* Michelin restaurant Lenclume in Cumbria, as well as appearing twice on BBC’s Great British Menu.
Eddie is extremely passionate about sourcing the best of local produce, ensuring Eccles’ tradition of using the finest ingredients from West Cork carries on.

Dinner served 7 days a week from 6pm - 9pm
Sunday Lunch served from 12:30pm - 4pm
