Our menu has a wide choice of classic dishes sourced from renowned food suppliers within our local region,
our menus have been carefully curated by acclaimed Head Chef Eddie Attwell.
Eddie was recently named Cork Local Food Hero in the RAI 2019 Munster Awards.
Eddie brings a wealth of culinary experience to Eccles Hotel, having twice appeared on Great British Menu and previously worked in 2* Michelin restaurant Lenclume before arriving in West Cork.
